Ladders, hurdles and reaction balls for the footwork and change-of-direction drills that open most training sessions. Agility ladders run 4m and 9m, plus a hexagonal and an elevation version, and step hurdles come in four heights from 15cm to 30cm. Reaction balls range from a small 70mm to a large 100mm and a pyramid-shaped 160mm, and slalom poles set up quick direction-change work.

A speed chute, speed resistor and skipping rope round out the individual conditioning gear, with Avaro and Vinex covering the range between them.
