Everything you need to know before you order

There are two collections, and they run on two different lead times. Find your track below, then check the details in the questions underneath.

Fully customised

Limited Edition Collection

4–6weeks after your cut-off date

Name, school and sport code, sublimated onto the garment and airfreighted in. Choose this for full customisation — and order early.

Can’t be changed once submitted

Ready-made, nickname printed

Tournament Collection

1–2weeks after your cut-off date

Off-the-shelf garments, printed with your nickname only. Choose this if your cut-off date is close, or you don’t need full customisation.

What’s the process when I place an order?
  1. Click on the product you’d like to order
  2. Select your size, then add it to your cart
  3. At checkout, use the order notes to tell us the nickname to add — if you’re ordering more than one customised garment, be very clear which nickname goes with which one
  4. If we have any questions, we’ll be in touch directly

For sublimated orders we need: nickname, school and sport code (max 2 characters). Please double-check before submitting — this can’t be changed once your order’s in.

After the cut-off date, we place your order for manufacture or printing, receive it back and check it off, then ship it to you or let you know it’s ready for collection.

I’m not ordering on behalf of a school — can I still buy gear?

Absolutely! Anyone can place an order — you don’t need to be ordering through a school.

Which collection, and when

What’s the difference between the Limited Edition Collection and the Tournament Collection?

Limited Edition
A made-to-order product, customised with name, school and sport code. It’s made overseas, then airfreighted in — approximately 4–6 weeks after the cut-off date.

Tournament
Off the shelf and ready to go — the only thing we do is print your chosen nickname. Approximately 1–2 weeks after the cut-off date.

I’ve received my apparel but it’s the wrong size — can I return it?

If it’s customised with a nickname, unfortunately no — it can’t be returned. If it’s an un-customised item from either collection, we’ll assess it case by case.

Check the size guide before ordering to help get the right fit the first time.

How soon will I receive my order?

Limited Edition
4–6 weeks after the cut-off date.

Tournament
1–2 weeks after the cut-off date.

When are the cut-off dates? What does this mean?

The cut-off date is the date you need to have placed your order by, to make that manufacture run.

Limited Edition
Allows for a 4–6 week manufacture timeframe, meaning collection before or at Zespri AIMS Games.

Tournament
Allows for a 1–2 week print timeframe, meaning collection before or at Zespri AIMS Games.

Customisation

Can I place the nickname anywhere on the shirt?

Unfortunately no — the nickname can only go in one place: the bottom of the back.
