Description
Overview
The Vinex Trainer Javelin 600gm is the practice model in the Vinex range, built to the 600 g class with a cord grip. The size guide places 600 g with men under 15, women 18 and over, men's masters 60–69 and women's masters 35–49, so one implement serves both a boys' age-group squad and senior women. It is a trainer, not a competition javelin; for meets look at the Comp Javelin Range 60m/600gm.
Key benefits
- Learn the release at competition weight with the 600 g class.
- Consistent hand position from the cord grip.
- Covers boys under 15 and senior women from one implement.
- Practice model, so a school can stock several for a throws group.
Who it's for
Choose the 600 g for boys under 15 and for senior women's training. Younger or lighter throwers move to the Trainer Javelin – 500gm, and boys aged 16–17 step up to 700 g. For introducing the event to a class before a full javelin, the Foam Javelin – Junior is the starting point.
