Overview
The GL Outdoor Primary Basketball Tower is a fixed-height outdoor basketball system sized for primary and intermediate schools, where the need for a really heavy-duty senior unit is lower. A primary-sized backboard is mounted on a Spida-type frame, and the hoop is set at the 3050 mm regulation height unless you specify otherwise when ordering.
All steel work is hot dip galvanised, and the system ships with a Samson non-sprung hoop and a basketball net. It is made to order through Gym Leader, so it is built after you order and delivered on a freight quote. It sits with the rest of our outdoor systems.

For intermediate courts taking more traffic, the GL Outdoor Intermediate Basketball Tower is the step up. Secondary schools and clubs should look at the GL Outdoor Senior Basketball Tower – 1.2m or the longer-overhang senior models in the same range.
Sizing guide
Our hoop height guide gives 2.4 m for ages 1–4 and 3.05 m (regulation) from age 5 up. This tower is supplied at 3050 mm as standard; tell us at order time if you need a lower fixed height.

Made to order: manufacture starts after your order, and large items are freight-quoted to your site. Some assembly may be required; enquire for details before booking installation. Add the tower to a quote and request a quote if you are fitting out a court, and ask about funding packages for schools.
