Overview
The GL Outdoor Intermediate Basketball Tower is a permanent, fixed-height post for outdoor courts, supplied by Gym Leader. The post is 75 × 75 mm RHS with a 1.2 m overhang, putting the backboard clear of the post at regulation height. The backboard is the primary size of 1200 × 800 mm in a composite material, fully painted and line marked.
A Samson non-sprung hoop and a basketball net are supplied. Because all steel work is hot dip galvanised, it is intended to stay outside on the court year round. It is made to order and delivered on a freight quote, with some assembly possibly required, so it sits within our outdoor systems for schools rather than being a portable home unit.
