This Bonded Foam Mat measures 1.8 m × 1.2 m × 2.5 cm and is the thinnest of the wide mats in the Silver Fern range. Its 2.5 cm bonded foam core is medium density, so it sits firm on the floor for stretching, planks and partner work rather than compressing under a landing.

Care, safety and set-up
Remove the cover by unzipping it, wipe the PVC down and zip it back on. Pull mats apart at the hook and loop before stacking flat.
Made to order: production starts after you order and the mat travels by freight, which is quoted separately from standard delivery.

Is this a crash mat?
No. At 2.5 cm it is a general purpose exercise mat for floor work. For landings choose one of the 5 cm mats in the range.
How do the mats connect to each other?
Hook and loop strips on the short sides press together, so you can join mats end to end and separate them again for storage.
