The weights follow the competition grades exactly, which is why the top of the range is 7.26kg rather than a round number: that is 16 pounds, the senior mens weight the event has used since it was codified.
Pick a weight above. 3kg and 4kg are the junior and womens grades, 5kg and 6kg the intermediate mens, and 7.26kg senior mens.
