The Dollamur Flexi-Roll tumbling strip gives you a 12 m run on a 1 m wide, 3 cm thick roll that one person can lay out and pack away in minutes. That length is what sets it apart: it is long enough for a full run-up and tumbling pass rather than a single skill. Treat it as a tumbling and cheer floor surface, not a landing mat. The 3 cm foam is designed for repeated rolling and floor work, so for dismounts from height pair it with a thicker landing mat.

Care, safety and set-up
Roll the strip with the carpet on the inside, where it is protected from scuffs while stored. The roll holds itself closed, so you do not need to flip or strap it.
