The Speed Resistor is an adjustable nylon harness from the Avaro range for resisted sprint work. A padded shoulder strap sits across the athlete while the nylon webbing carries the load, so resistance is felt through the body rather than the shoulders alone. It belongs with the rest of our speed & agility gear for school and club conditioning.
