The Gilbert Quantum is Gilbert's international match quality netball, listed as the ball of choice of Suncorp Super Netball and Netball New Zealand. It comes in size 5 only and is built specifically for indoor use. Gilbert rates it 5 for grip and performance but 2 for durability, which tells you exactly what it is: a match-day ball, not a daily trainer.
Its multi-laminate 3-ply construction is designed for shape retention, strength and rebound, while the Quantum grip pattern in G-XV rubber gives the tacky surface tournament players expect. Keep a hardier ball for everyday practice and save the Quantum for games.

Who it's for
Size 5 suits players aged 11 and over on the netball size guide, so secondary school teams, club and representative sides competing indoors. It is not suited to outdoor asphalt courts, where the low durability rating will show.
