A one-piece rubber discus for learning the event. It weighs and flies close enough to a competition discus to teach the technique, but it will not chip a rim or gouge a field, which makes it the one to hand to a class. Seven weights covers every school grade from the youngest through to senior.
Pick a weight above. The lighter end suits primary and intermediate; 1kg is the standard womens weight and 2kg the mens.
