Overview
The Avaro Freestanding Pickle Ball Net is the net in Avaro’s own pickleball range, alongside the Renegade and Phantom paddles and the indoor and outdoor balls. It carries its own frame and footing, so a court can go up on any flat surface – a hall floor, a sealed outdoor court, a driveway – with nothing drilled in and nothing left behind.
It is a portable net rather than a fixed installation. The whole thing packs back into one 96 x 21 x 16 cm carton at 11 kg, light enough for one person to carry out, so the hall can go back to its other sports between lessons.

Care, safety and set-up
Set the net up on a flat surface and check the frame is square before play. On an outdoor court, bring it in after the session rather than leaving it out in the weather – that is what keeps the netting and the frame’s finish in good order. How is this different from your other Pickle Ball Net?
Both are freestanding nets that need no sockets. The Pickle Ball Net is supplied as official USAPA size and sits at the higher price; this one is Avaro’s own net and the more affordable of the two.
Can it be used indoors and outdoors?
Yes – it stands on its own frame, so it works on a hall floor and on a sealed outdoor court. Match the ball to the surface: the 26-hole indoor pattern inside, the 40-hole outdoor pattern outside.
How much floor space does a pickleball court need?
A pickleball court is 13.41 m long and 6.10 m wide (44 x 20 ft), with the net across the middle. That is the same footprint as a badminton doubles court, so a marked badminton court is usually the quickest way to work out whether a hall will take one, plus run-off at each end.
