Yonex 600 Red Fast Shuttles come in a pack of six for badminton players who play in cool venues. The red speed rating marks the fast grade, the one to pick when your hall sits below 14 °C and a slower shuttle would fall short. Buy a pack per court for school and club sessions, and add more packs to a quote for a term’s supply.

Description

Overview

The Yonex 600 shuttle in the red fast speed is made for badminton in cool conditions. Shuttle speed is matched to air temperature: cold, dense air holds a shuttle back, so the fast rating keeps rallies at full length when your venue sits below 14 °C. In a warmer hall the same shuttle will carry long, and a slower speed from the Yonex range is the better pick.

Each pack holds six shuttles and weighs 0.19 kg. If you need a different speed grade, browse all our shuttlecocks.

Key benefits

  • Keeps rallies at full length in cold halls with the fast (red) speed rating.
  • Red speed marking makes the right pack easy to grab from the gear cupboard.
  • Six shuttles per pack covers a court session with spares in hand.
  • Reordering the same Yonex 600 model keeps your stock uniform across the term.

Who it's for

Schools and clubs playing through the NZ winter in unheated halls, where a slower shuttle drops short of the back line. Pair a few packs with the Avaro Badminton Racket Senior for a senior class set.

Skip this speed for warm summer venues, where a fast shuttle will overshoot.

Sizing guide

Shuttle speed is chosen by venue temperature, not player age. Red is the fast rating and is matched to temperatures below 14 °C. The colder the hall, the faster the shuttle you need.

Care, safety and set-up

Keep the pack closed and dry until you need it. Orders generally dispatch the same or next business day.

Frequently asked questions

What does the red fast speed mean?

It is the speed grade for cooler conditions, below 14 °C. Faster shuttles fly further to make up for denser cold air.

Can a school order these in quantity?

Yes. Quantity pricing applies on many lines; add packs to a quote and request a quote for a term's supply.
