Sizing guide
Measure from the centre of the knee cap to the top of the foot, where the tongue of your shoe sits. This adult pad corresponds to the Adult / Medium band, 40–43 cm. Small Adult (36–39 cm) and Large Adult / OSM (44 cm and over) sit either side of this size, and sizes vary slightly between manufacturers, so measure before ordering.
Care, safety and set-up
