The Vinex Bounce Back Hurdle Small is a training hurdle that rights itself when an athlete clips it. Instead of stopping the session to stand hurdles back up, your runners keep going and the next athlete finds the lane ready. It is the lower of two hurdles in this range, with the Vinex Bounce Back Hurdle ETOS Medium covering taller settings.
The uprights are aluminium telescopic tubes with linear grooves. The grooves guide the inner tube to the snap lock hole, so you set the height without lining up two sets of holes by eye.

Sizing guide
Five height settings: 45 cm, 50 cm, 55 cm, 60 cm and 65 cm. Start younger or newer hurdlers at the lowest setting and raise the bar as their clearance improves.
Care, safety and set-up
