Overview
A hex dumbell is the workhorse of a school or club gym: a solid cast head under a rubber coating, with a knurled chrome handle for grip. The hexagonal ends mean it sits still on the floor instead of rolling under a bench, and the rubber takes the ring out of a dropped weight. Twelve weights from 1kg to 15kg, so a set can be built up a rung at a time.
Pick a weight above. Every weight is priced and sold as a SINGLE dumbell, not a pair – order two of the same weight if you want a matched set.
