The Avaro Corner Mask – Large is the bigger of two corner masks in our hockey protective gear, worn by outfield defenders when they run out at penalty corners. It is designed in NZ by Avaro, our house brand, and stocked for clubs and schools that need a set of masks in the kit bag.
The mask is transparent, so the player can track the ball and the striker without a wire grille in the way. Behind the extra-hard shell sits a thick foam lining that cushions the mask against the face.

The Large is the adult fit in this two-size range. The record does not give face measurements, so if a player sits between sizes, try the mask on before match day and size down if the shell moves when the head turns.

Check the shell for cracks and the foam for compression before each match and retire a damaged mask. The mask is covered by the store's 12-month guarantee. It is imported stock; when on hand, orders generally dispatch the same or next business day.
