Description
Overview
The Vorgee Pull Buoy is designed to isolate the upper body, so swimmers can concentrate on stroke technique and arm strength while the legs stay still. Its ergonomic shape sits comfortably between the thighs and holds the legs in place through a set of lengths.
Move the buoy down to the ankles and the job gets harder: the swimmer has to keep the body straight through the torso and upper body while swimming with the float at the feet. It is one of the few items in our swim & watersports range aimed at technique work rather than play.
Key benefits
- Builds upper body strength by taking the legs out of the stroke.
- Sharpens stroke technique by isolating the arms and shoulders.
- Offers a harder torso workout when held between the ankles.
- Sits comfortably between the thighs thanks to the ergonomic construction.
- Moulded in one smooth piece.
Who it's for
Suits school swimming squads, club swimmers and adults doing technique sets. It is a training aid for swimmers rather than a toy for free play in the way the dive rings or the Fun Pool Noodle are.
Sizing guide
The buoy is listed at 23 cm and comes in navy and aqua.
Care, safety and set-up
