Description
Overview
The Accusplit S2XL Stopwatch is the extra-large-digit model in the Survivor II Rainbow series. It runs on the Watch Operating System that Accusplit describes as the industry standard, so anyone who has used a common stopwatch will find the buttons behave as expected. The oversized display digits are the reason to pick this model over a standard one: results are readable in bright sun or from a table at the finish line.
Timing runs to 30 minutes at 1/100 second resolution and out to 24 hours at 1 second, with split, cumulative split, split release and 1-2 fast finish for close finishes. It also keeps time of day in 12 or 24 hour format, the date and day of week, and has an alarm. See the full stopwatches & timers range for multi-lap memory models.

Who it's for
Built for general PE timing and single-event athletics: a school sports day, beep tests, swimming lengths or cross-country finishes where you need one or two times per race rather than a full memory of laps. Coaches who need to record many splits for a whole squad should look at a memory stopwatch in the same category instead.
Care, safety and set-up
Water resistant rather than fully sealed, so wipe it dry after wet sessions and do not submerge it. The manufacturer states a battery life of around 1.5 years under normal use. Store it with the lanyard tidy and out of direct heat between seasons.
