Junior rugby does not need senior-weight steel, and it often does not need a full-height goal either. The Rugby Posts Pair – Junior Galv/ 50mm answers both. Made from galvanised 50 mm nominal bore pipe, it uses the smallest-diameter pipe in the SE rugby goal posts range and is the only set built to be assembled smaller than regulation.
At full height the regulation-width crossbar sits at 3 metres with a 2.9 metre post above it. For younger players the crossbar can be set lower, and it can be cut shorter if a narrower goal suits your field. A set of ground sockets is included.
